​​PHASE 1 PROJECT GOAL - SUCCESSFULLY EXCEEDED OUR GOAL!
2019 THROUGH NOVEMBER 2020                   cost estimate: $355,000
  • ​Historic window repair, restoration and rehabilitation (1st floor)​​​
  • ​Install low-profile storm windows (entire building)
  • Install restored and reproduction window shutters (entire building)
  • Install insulation (crawl space and 1st floor ceiling)
  • Install high efficiency heating and air conditioning system (1st floor) including moisture control system (crawl space)
  • ​Upgrade and renovate electric wiring 1st and 2nd floor, install LED library lighting and upgrade security system
  • Exterior window trim repairs; repair several cracked clapboards
  • Exterior building scrape & paint, lead paint remediation - includes 6-story bell tower
  • Architectural and engineering plans, includes energy efficiency, ADA and Life Safety (1st floor)
  • Restore proscenium opening
  • Up to 10% contingency for unanticipated items​
