Chris Garcia is the founder and owner of Cobalt Construction Management, Effingham, NH. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Chris brings knowledge and passion to any project. As an Effingham resident, Chris understands the purpose of working on a building like the Historic Town Hall-Library and how it will serve the town in the long term . . . and listen to the history it will continue to tell. This is one of many preservation projects he has been a part of throughout New England and looks forward to many more.
