​​PHASE 1 PROJECT GOAL - SUCCESSFULLY EXCEEDED OUR GOAL!
2019 THROUGH NOVEMBER 2020                   budget estimate: $330,000    final cost: $421,000
  • ​Historic window repair, restoration and rehabilitation (1st floor)​​​
  • ​Install low-profile Allied Storm Windows (entire building)
  • Install reproduction window shutters (entire building)
  • Install insulation (crawl space, 1st floor ceiling, 2nd floor walls and ceiling, ceiling 1st floor Main Room)
  • ​​Exterior window trim repairs; repair/replace several cracked clapboards
  • Install copper window caps and roof returns custom made
  • Exterior building scrape & paint, lead encapsulating paint remediation - includes 6-story bell tower
  • ​Architectural and engineering plans, includes energy efficiency, ADA and Life Safety (1st floor)
  • Restore partial proscenium opening
  • Add On: Asbestos survey and removal
  • Add On: Powder-post Beetle remediation;​ Rehabilitate Main Room 1st floor support beams and flooring under about half of building
  • Update 1st floor Main Room electric, LED lighting and fire alarm system and emergency lighting
  • Remove 1st floor Main Room suspended ceiling tiles; restore ceiling to near original height
  • Up to 10% contingency for unanticipated items​
