With your help, we will achieved our $222,000 Phase 2 fundraising goal for:   
  • repairing, restoring and rehabilitation of 24 additional historic windows, 2nd & 3rd floors; 
  • installing new and upgraded building improvements to increase energy efficiency and provide life safety & ADA egress;
  • repair, restore and rehabilitate historic doors and restore ceiling height to 12';
  • create structural engineer plan and project to re-hang the 1863 cast bell in the tower so it rings;
  • upgrading wiring and lighting to support life safety; 
  • . . . and more.  

Your leadership and support will help us to qualify for private foundation, state and federal grants. 
  • For every dollar raised, there are grants that we will attempt to match those donations 1:1.  Funds raised through 2021-2023 will be used towards matching grant applications. ​
