​Chuck Fuller has enjoyed the Effingham area since 2005 and moved there full-time in 2016.  After his education at UNH (Business Administration), Durham campus, he eventually became a Certified Financial Planner® working with individuals and small businesses in Maine and New Hampshire.  Later, while at MetLife, he helped create and lead technology systems supporting financial planning services nationwide.  Chuck has a passion for old buildings and barns and has spent the past 7-years restoring their current 200+ year old farmhouse. 
 
He currently is the Lead Sponsor for the Historic Town Hall-Library Project, is an Effingham Selectman, is a member of the Capital Improvements Plan, the Selectman’s Representative to the Carroll County Broadband initiative and is the Carroll County Broadband District Planning Committee Vice-Chair.  Past experiences include being on the Effingham Budget Committee and Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Effingham Preservation Society is a 501(c)3 organization established in 1999 to preserve historic buildings and landmarks in Effingham, New Hampshire.  The Preservation Society has agreed to be the Fiscal Agent of the Historic Town Hall Project.
