historic architect approval . . . begin step 1

This past week, the Land & Community Heritage Investment Program (LCHIP) review team approved the Historic Town Hall-Library Project to begin Phase 1 work. The first step is to create architectural plans for the building repair, restoration and rehabilitation. (visual example only, not final plan)
